getting mail error

    I am getting the following error when users try to reset their passwords….

    The e-mail could not be sent.
    Possible reason: your host may have disabled the mail() function.

    i have talked to my host and they do not restrict that function

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    This issue has nothing to do with the plugin. Your server isn’t capable of sending emails. I suggest you use an SMTP service such as sendgrid or mailgun.
