Getting list of grouped data

Hi all,
Is there a way to access a field group in code, so I can get a subset of fields from a pod? For example, let’s say I have pod, and in it a group called “custom_country_list”, is there a way to display all fields from that group?

In general, I’m trying to achieve the following – I’m trying to return grouped data. As far as I know, groups are not repeatable in Pods, so I had this idea as a workaround.

Another example, I would like to group a list of items, each item would have a name, description, and an image. What is the current best way to get a list of such defined items?
