getting issue with this plugin

i am using q-translator plugin in my site https://doeco.ru/
i have completed work with default language but now default language is “Ru”, if i change some thing in content with default language “Ru” , all the content of both language are fixed. if i change default language “EN” and then change content everything fine but i don’t want to change default language ru to en , it should always Ru, due to seo , so please let me know how can i solve this issue
