Getting internal server error when the plugin is enabled.

Hi There,
I installed the plugin in my form at https://www.alaskachartercruises.com/test-contact-form/ and the form works when the SMS plugin is disabled.
As soon as I enable it, the form just spins upon submission and I see a 500 internal server error in my console.The carrier I am using is Alaska Communications.
Any clues?
