getting internal server error

i just got the premium version of your plugin
and i tried to configure few things from the site that i found in google
and i dont know something happened when i save changed
now im getting INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
i went to my cpanel and i deleted swift performance zip file
but still im getting the internal server error
please help
and please do explain me in the simplest way as i dont understand techie things
