  • I see other posts on this but I am not with GD. I am with siteground and they said it is a plugin issue. Any suggestions?

Hello guys, I’m getting this error too. I’ve noticed it happen only with huge sites containing 800+ posts. Smaller sites are just fine. Maybe this is due to some PHP parameter in php.ini?

    Any ideas?

Hello again, I kinda solve this, by changing the amount of posts to paginate the sitemaps at wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpseo_xml#top#general
I reduced from 1000 to 900 and now it works just fine.

So, for the Yoast team, they should review the pagination of sitemaps when both posts and tags are larger than 1000 items.

    My server specs:
Apache 2.4.18, PHP 5.6.23, and noticed this happen with both MySQL 5.6 and MariaDB 10. Obviously: WP, theme, Yoast’s and all other plugins are 100% up to date.

    Hope it helps!
