I’m using Soliloquy Lite to do a simple slide show. When I want to get images, how do I go to the folder on the server where they are rather than getting them from my local PC and uploading them to the server again? The images for the slideshow are already there so I’d rather not upload them every time.

My slideshow has images if quite different aspect ratios. When I set the config to 500px x 500px I’d like the images to be centered within that box and not move other items on the page as the images change. How do I tell it to center the image vertically and horizontally within the specified box?

  • Soliloquy uses WordPress’ default image handling methods, so you’ll need to upload the images to your site as usual if they exist somewhere outside of the WordPress Media Library.

You can enable image cropping under the Config tab settings which will crop the images to the dimensions specified and create a slider with consistent proportions.
