Getting Image to have 100% width?

    Trying to get the main image below header to be 100% width but not excessively tall, I have resized the image to 1028×663 to give the right proportions, but when I reduced the size from the original the image size setting FULL no longer keeps it across the entire border.

    Anyone have any ideas how to have this image always fill the width w/o blowing up the size too much (I want the image to vertically fill no more than what the user sees when they first land on page … meaning any scrolling down should not be more of the image, but the menus beneath the image).
