Getting hundreds of log in attempts

Hi, i am getting hundreds of login attempts using admin username as well as some other usernames and password. i have used limit log plugin but still there is no luck. So far two of my sites were hacked (admin pass was weak my fault..). However, how to get rid of this log in tries. i have been using cloudfare as well but still failed log in attempts getting big and big. Any suggestion.. Thanks in advanced
