For most of you, the OFFICIAL support method is via the “Support” tab on the www.remarpro.com Plugin page. We will generally not provide private/direct one-on-one support, with the exception of below.
If you are a Richweb WeCare or a standard Richweb customer, please contact us via the methods provided to you via your welcome email.
If you are not a Richweb customer, and you attempt to obtain support from a member of the Richweb staff, you will be referred back to the support forum on www.remarpro.com.
