    Hi guys,

Using duplicator to install my new site in my root directory and all was going well.
Step 1 – Deploy, all good
Step 2 – Update, all good
Step 3 – Test, no errors form the Install Report.

    But when I click:
Save Permalinks, I get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function nocache_headers() in /home/adonhold/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 33

Test Site, I get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp() in /home/adonhold/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14

File Cleanup, I get this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function nocache_headers() in /home/adonhold/public_html/wp-admin/admin.php on line 33

I searched through the FAQ’s, but can’t seem to find anyone with the same issues.
    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

  • Hey Alvc,

It looks like the package.zip might be missing files or have an invalid package. Can you checked to make sure those file throwing the errors are in the package? Also what version are you currently using?

    Thanks~

    Hi Corey,

I’m using v4.1. Will go through the package to make those files aren’t missing and try creating a new one. Will let you know how I go.

    Thanks

    Sorry, make that Duplicator v0.5.10
    and wp v4.1

Be sure to double check the scan steps on step 2 when building the package. It will try and find file name incompatibility issues. Its under the section ‘Invalid Names’ if your moving files across different operating systems then the package.zip file can have issues when its extracted on the new server…

    Hi Corey,

That’s the weird thing, not getting any errors at all.
Have tried creating a whole new package and starting all over but getting the same errors. Can I post my installer-log here or should I submit a support ticket.

    Thanks

    Hey alvC,

Definitely don’t post your logs here. They have sensitive info. Go ahead and submit a ticket and I’ll get back with you there, please refer to this forum thread in your ticket.

    Thanks
