Turn off all your plugins and see if that still happens. If so, switch to the default theme (2011) and try again.

Okay, so you have a problem in your THEME.

And it’s from https://wpbakery.com which is a premium shop. Have you asked them for help?

Without having any access to the plugin, it’s quite hard to say. If you’ve paid for support, you should be getting help there. We can’t help you because we don’t know what the code is doing.

Sorry, I meant theme. But tis the same thing ?? You’re using a product behind a paywall.

paywall.. haha.. nice word.. so if i share the theme, can u check through it?

Possibly. Problem being I’m the sort who supports people who make a living off WP, and I don’t really like detracting from their official support. It’s Sunday. See if things pick up tomorrow. Google the theme name and if there are known permalink problems.

i’ve googling it.. nothing showed up.. ok then, i try to find again and come back later.. thanks for support so far Ipstenu..

at last i found the error, why make my site keep loading..

as i said that it’s from the jscript that make it loading

    https://pastebin.com/V1xFMJpR

line 228 through 242, missing quote on href.. now, is anybody

can help me with some little problem again? it’s load well now

but the real problem is in permalink, it still put the ‘#’

hashtag in url when i pointing to a page even that when i

pointing to the subpage there has an ugly permalink again.

    so it looks like this..

    page :

    example.com/#/page

    subpage :

    example.com/#/./page/p/subpage

    Any new solution?
For me this is the answer for the premium shop

“This is an AJAX theme – this means content is loaded without refreshing the page. To do that and have links to individual pages that you can share and Google can index, AJAX themes use hashbang-URLs (with /#/, like you mentioned).”
