getting extra information from existing subscriber

    I have S2member. Is there a way of building a custom page so that
    a) I can route subscribers to it (easy)
    b) gather information from them (?)
    c) have a submit button that routes to another page (?)
    d) see the extra info on profile page (?)

    Can it be done in s@member or is there another plugin?
