Getting Errors and have no idea what the mean please help

  • I am getting the following 3 errors appear, it started with just when I wanted to preview a post, since then its stating I need to refesh mu social feeds, but each time I try to do this I also get these errors, when I am writing post, I have to refresh the page prior to publishing as it seems to time out. Please Please help

    Thank you for your reply but the theme has been running fine for the past 4 months, why would problems suddenly occur ?

    Tried to reinstall update to theme but wont even allow me to do that came back with the following error please advise.

    For instance where do I find the code for /home1/tvgezza/public_html/wp-includes/update.php

    I have been going to appearance then find the editor is this correct ( but cant find anything that says update.
