Getting Errors

    I am getting an error when i press submit on the form it takes me too infusionsoft and says

    There were 3 errors:
    You did not enter a value for: First Name
    You did not enter a value for: Last Name
    You did not enter a value for: Email

    My form tab looks like this:

    [text* infusionsoft-email]
    [text* infusionsoft-first-name]
    [text* infusionsoft-last-name]
    [submit “Instant Access”]

    My mail tab is blank

    My messages tab is default

    My additional settings tab is blank

    My infusionsoft options tab is blank

    I have entered my relevant id and api key as required.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    On an ordinary embedded form you would get that error – a redirect to an infusionsoft page + missing entries – if someone hadn’t filled in a required field.

    So, if you’re certain that the required fields were complete, the problem is probably that the integration isn’t passing over the field entries.

    However we’ve seen this issue with similar integrations (i.e. leadpages and clickfunnels) where the data is being passed successfully. Making the fields not required on the Infusionsoft form has solved this problem (the data is still successfully sent to Infusionsoft).

    Give that a whirl, hopefully it’ll solve it.
