Getting error while working in dashboard

Hi there,
I’m having a problem in various areas of my admin dashboard. First when trying to bring up tooaks.co/wp-admin I got this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /data/9/2/41/151/2530803/user/2773060/htdocs/wp-admin/includes/theme.php on line 293

And then I got it again while working with a page. Any ideas?
