without access i can say nothing more. I see script optimization on the site – try to disable, it can be a reason. maybe it is a conflict with another plugin. There is something wrong on admin side, because the client part works – usually it is vice versa.

done, it works perfectly. probably you have a download manager that intercepts PDFs.
