    Hi @hrizvi

Please send us the debug zip from the plugin’s Debug tab to help identify the problem.

Our guess is that the resource in your web server is not sufficient for successfully uploading the large files.

In that case, we would suggest you to use an ftp client to upload the files to /wpvividbackups folder, then click “Scan uploaded backup or received backup” button to retrieve the backup and display it in backup list.

    Hi @tonyrobins
I have send you the debug file from the website and to the support email. As I have mentioned earlier I tried with file chunk of 80MB it gave error at uploading backup plugin part. I then broke the files in a chunk of 40MB still got error at uploading backup plugin part. It happened at two different websites and hence 2 different hostings.

    Hi @hrizvi
After testing, we found that on your websites, because of some server-side rule settings, you will encounter a 403 forbidden error when uploading files larger than a specific size.
You will need to modify the related server settings to resolve the issue.
Or you can use a simpler method, that is, upload the files to the wp-content/wpvividbackups directory in other ways, such as using a cPanel File Manager kind of tool, then open our plugin, click “Scan uploaded backup or received backup” button to retrieve the backup and display it in backup list.

    Regards,
