Getting error when trying to Connect

  • Hi plugin author,
    Please can you help me with this issue,
    When I am clicking to connect, after filling login and password that returns
    {“result”:”error”,”response”:”an error occurred: API keys belonging to users with \”manager\” roles are not permitted to access helper\/account-details”}

    It looks like you have Manager permissions in MailChimp. In order to connect your account to the WordPress plugin, you’ll want to have an account with Admin or Owner permissions to do so and avoid that error.     You can reach out to the owner of the account to see if they can connect it, or to request a different permission level for the account you’re connecting with.
