Getting error when the plugin is active

    I’m getting the following error when I activate the plugin:

    Warning: Unknown: open(/tmp/sess_334238c13d87fef29ec53dc9fdf575f1, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in Unknown on line 0

    Warning: Unknown: Failed to write session data (files). Please verify that the current setting of session.save_path is correct (/tmp) in Unknown on line 0

    The plugin still works, but this message appears on the footer. The media upload also stop working when the plugin is active, I get the error: “Error on the upload, try again later”.

    Hi Tuliocpa,

    Our plugin use session to save some information about shortcode, and from the error it seems that you don’t have write permissions for the /tmp directory at your site or your /tmp directory is full.

    So you have to check with the hosting to give your user write permissions to tmp Directory.
