Getting Error – Unable to watermark this file for download.

    Hi team,

    Getting following error while downloading PDF –

    “Unable to watermark this file for download. Please notify site administrator.
    No file defined”

    I have already checked old questions, but they don’t help.

    Normally I am able to download PDF.

    Rest detailed are following –

    • Name of your WordPress theme – Hitmag
    • Your WordPress version – 6.1.1
    • Your WooCommerce version 7.5.1
    • Your Watermark PDF WooCommerce version 3.2.0
    • Your PHP version 6.1.1
    • Your WP memory limit 1 GB
    • Your PHP time limit 1500

    The plugin didn’t find a PDF file to watermark. Have you looked at your Woo product file settings? Tried other files? Are the files being uploaded using the native WooCommerce file upload, and local? Abspath or URL?

    I have already tried on 4-5 files. But not worked on any file. Files are being uploaded directly through media. I also checked all settings. If you need access to the site, I can also provide that. Please provide mail. Thanks.

    Files need to be uploaded using the native WooCommerce file upload. You can provide screenshots to show your product file location settings which I mentioned earlier.

    I do not provide email support for this free plugin, nor do I solicit access to users’ websites per WP forum policy.
