    Hi listen to me i have purchase the tiktok feed pro from quadlayers site when i put my username to show my account tiktok on the page it is giving error “unable to get results ” please check this page and give me solution https://thepreetpost.com/example-page/

    we’ve made some changes in the cache system to reduce the tiktok requests that may be banning the sites

    I’ve flushed feeds cache and reload, the plugin is up to date with the latest version.
    But still having issue of “Unable to get results”

    Hi,

    I’m able to change tiktok feed using username in WordPress site. I added the short code for it and updated it. But the tiktok videos are not getting displayed in our website. It shows unable to fetch results. We purchased Agency License by Quadlayers. The plugin installed is QuadLayers TikTok Feed PRO.

    Could you please fix this issue.

    we’re not sure yet if the issues could be resolved

    tiktok is blocking servers ips

    we’re considering to remove the plugin from the repository

    Can you please test version 1.3.0? We’ve applied some changes to see if its possible to fix the new API issues
