Getting error on “Check Redirect” tool

I have this redirect. Cleared my browser cache, cleared WP cache.
The redirect works in some environments, but not in others. Not on some Macs with Chrome, not on Windows with Chrome.The Check Redirect tool gives the error:
https://www.ableto.com/costco/?utm_source=costco&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=joyable-launch-manager-2020-may
Expected: 301 to https://ableto.joyable.com/costco?utm_source=costco&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=joyable-launch-manager-2020-mayFound: 200
Agent: Not using Redirection
Any idea why this is happening?
