Getting error message, "There was a problem processing your comment"

In Contact 7 version 4.3, getting error message, “There was a problem processing your comment.” when submitting the form. Please advise how to troubleshoot. There is no red/yellow boxes, just some straight text after clicking submit that appears in refreshed window.
