Getting Error message that I’ve never seen!

  • I’m suddenly seeing an “Error [111] connecting to the Redis Proxy: Connection refused” in my dashboard this morning. My site will load, then it won’t load. Same thing with my dashboard. I’ve contacted my hosting company three times and every time they tell me it’s not the server.
    Can anyone tell me what that error message is?

    This is a Redis Proxy related error. Could mean one of several things. Please request an error log from your host. While you’re at it ask them to increase the max execution time and see if that resolves the issue.
