Getting error message on Jetpack contact form that used to work

  • I am using Jetpack 3.0.2 to create an adoption application on my website. It worked for months, but now for every field on the page I get this:

    Warning: call_user_func() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /home3/savealif/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php on line 287

    I am using theme twenty eleven. I have no idea what to do to fix this. Please help!
