getting error managing ads, no ads displaying

    Hi,

    On my clients site as of 3am this morning we are getting the below errors. Also, no ads are displaying on the site. What could be the cause of this?

    Managing Ads Places
    Database table wp_sam_places hasn’t been upgraded!
    Database table wp_sam_ads hasn’t been upgraded!
    Database table wp_sam_zones hasn’t been upgraded!
    Database table wp_sam_blocks hasn’t been upgraded!

    Current SAM version: 2.9.6.121
