    Hi @nickster72,

Thanks for reaching out, it’s appreciated! ??

Would it be possible for you to please provide a screenshot of this error? Additionally, is it for every product? Just some products? Only certain types of products (variable products or simple products?)?

Also, would you please be able to paste your system status here so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:

    WooCommerce > Status?and clicking on?Get system report.

    Thank you so much,

    Julie ??

Julie, I had Facebook involved with figuring things out first. There seem to be issues with my products being disapproved and I believe this was causing the issue. The plugin was looking for an ID but it was not available on FB (because it was disapproved). I am still testing the validity of what they told me. I need a bit of time to go through the process.

    Will keep in touch
    Thanks

    Hey @nickster72,

It has been a long time since we heard from you, so I’m going to mark this topic as resolved.

If you’re still experiencing issues please take a look at our documentation for more information and create a new thread if you have further questions.

    Thanks,

    tamarazuk,

I’m not done checking things out BUT I do find that when anything related to the product has changed, like the attributes, the mockup images (in this case produced and updated in Printify), or if I change the main product image…that the saving goes a lot smoother when I Reset the Metadata before saving my work.

Does that make any sense? I couldn’t find anything about when to properly use that except the popup window that appears after pressing that button.

    Hey @nickster72,

Once you’re done checking things out, please do open up a new thread so we can address things as needed. ??

That said, could you please elaborate as to what you mean by “the saving goes a lot smoother”?

    Thanks for any other info!

    Julie ??
