Getting emails but not showing in LOG

Great plugin for my needs – however my client wants to collect email addresses and although email addresses are showing up in the notification email to admin that someone has downloaded a PDF, the log on the backend of the plugin does not show the email address. I also have an email notifying me of a download but that one isn’t in the log at all. Can you help?
