    Hello.

I am getting an email from WordPress stating that a serious technical error has occurred. However, my website seems to be working and I believe the form is working as well.

An error of the type E_COMPILE_ERROR occurred on line 225 in the following file: /home/me/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/src/WPForms.php. Cause of error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/kaycknzw/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/includes/class-frontend.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’)

  • Hello @pingiskhan,

Based on the error message, it looks like some of WPForms file are either missing or got corrupted causing the error.

To get this sorted, please keep a full backup of your site then try to reinstall the WPForms Lite plugin.

Please check this guide for more information on how to reinstall a plugin.

    I hope this helps.
