Yes, thank you. I started getting them myself. Contact Form 7 released version 6.0 on November 3rd that introduced version 2 of the tag generator and completely overhauls the look and functionality. While it doesn’t break the site, it does break the tag generators for the dynamic fields.

I’m working on updating it to be compatible with the new tag generator and will release it when ready. I’ll let you know when it’s out!

Thank you for your patience! I released version 5.0.0 of Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Field that now uses version 2 of the tag generator released on November 3rd in Contact Form 7 version 6.0. Please allow your site to update automatically or manually update to the latest version and you’ll see those deprecation notices go away. Cheers!
