    We’ve been receiving this error message continuously every day:

    [05-Jan-2016 11:49:50 UTC] WordPress database error Table ‘xyzxyz_ncaied3.ncaied_4_aiowps_login_lockdown’ doesn’t exist for query SELECT * FROM ncaied_4_aiowps_login_lockdown WHERE release_date > now() AND failed_login_ip LIKE ‘37.229.44%’ made by wp_signon, wp_authenticate, apply_filters(‘authenticate’), call_user_func_array, AIOWPSecurity_User_Login->aiowp_auth_login, AIOWPSecurity_User_Login->check_locked_user

    Any ideas on how to correct this?

    Can you check via PHPMyAdmin whether that table is indeed missing?

    Also, can you check whether that table is missing for other subsites you may have in that installation?

    There should be 5 tables associated with this plugin:
    aiowps_events
    aiowps_failed_logins
    aiowps_global_meta
    aiowps_login_activity
    aiowps_login_lockdown

    Those tables are missing from those two sites.

    There was never a resolution posted after my statement that the tables were missing from those two sites.

    This problem still exists.

    Hi, did you try to install a fresh copy of the plugin? That might resolve your issue. Can you test this?

    Thank you
