• Recently, users have been getting a “There has been a critical error on this website” message when filling out any of our Constant Contact sign-up forms. I believe the problem is with ReCaptcha, but my IT person and I haven’t been able to fix the error.

    In regards to the There has been a critical error on this website error, that’s going to be details logged to your hosting/PHP error logs and the actual error itself may have also been emailed to your site’s admin email address. We’d need to know what is being reported for that to address and handle that error.

    Regarding the error log above, looks like we probably need to have someone manually disconnect/reconnect the associated account. There’s issues going on with reauthenticating and the refresh token is no longer valid right now.
