    Hello

Starting yesterday, I started getting php errors EVERY time I access the UpdraftPlus admin/settings pages and EVERY time I try a backup.

I’m using the latest version of wordpress and ALL my plugins are updated to the latest versions.

Here are the error codes I get. They always come in a PAIR.

    [Sat May 28 03:32:26.938111 2016] [:error] [pid 21143] [client 114.35.264.734:23456] BEGIN failed–compilation aborted at /home/database1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/get-cpanel-quota-usage.pl line 9., referer: https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

    [Sat May 28 03:32:26.938015 2016] [:error] [pid 21143] [client 114.35.264.734:23456] Can’t locate Cpanel/Quota.pm in @inc (@INC contains: /usr/local/cpanel /usr/lib64/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl /usr/lib64/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl /usr/lib64/perl5/5.8.8/x86_64-linux-thread-multi /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8 .) at /home/database1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/get-cpanel-quota-usage.pl line 9., referer: https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/plugins.php

In the above errors, I changed my
    1. IP address
    2. domain name
    3. database name
    for privacy on the forum.

Can you help with this please?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

There’s nothing to worry about there. UpdraftPlus speculatively attempts to read the cPanel quota. That doesn’t always work (cPanel’s not always available, or doesn’t always allow the quota to be read). In that case, no harm is done – UD just continues without it.

ok, thanks. I will keep watching this error. I do have to say, it’s annoying to see so many errors. You can see what it looks like here.

These are ALL UpdraftPlus errors, within 1 hour of testing.

I went through the errors again, and I noticed that there is ONE other plugin involved in some of the errors. Ewww Image Optimizer. Can you please take a look?

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks
