Getting Closer But URL Issues

Although it is still hit or miss i have a total of 9 published.
Thought it was going well but needed to replace a short link on this post to get it published. Are those prohibited?

Once I inserted a full URL it published with no problem.
This post returned a bad URL but I have checked all of the url’s and have not found an issue.
