We need help with our checkout system. Our card transaction is showing card expiration dates as invalid. The payment gateway is Authorize.net, and the system is showing a good connection to the payment gateway itself. But the check is happening on the WordPress/WooCommerce side

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there ??

For Authorizet.net plugin (premium extension). Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there ??

I encountered this exact issue with WooCommerce 5.4.0, updating to 5.4.1 resolved it for me.

    +1 @mkhmslf
updating to 5.4.1 resolved it for me as well.

We have confirmed this is still happening on the WooCommerce side of things, The service never even contacts authorize.net for form validation. We are running on the latest version as well

    Version 5.4.1

@lazenbyt same issue. Not passing anything to authorize.net it just immediately displayed that error as soon as you place the order I’m with you.

And even after updating WooCommerce it continued until I opened a fresh session in a private window and then it worked and the Woocommerce update was reflected

+1 for me here. I’m testing with a real order, real credit card, etc. and getting the same error. Won’t even process the submission to pass over details to Authorize.net I’ve got every plugin updated, etc. as of today 6/21/21

@blakemiller for me; after updates I had to open a fresh session in a private window to see changes/solution reflected..

A new version 3.6.1 was pushed last night which solved the issue for me. The release notes did not mention anything about the issue, but whatever it was, fixed it.
