Removes WordPress core emojis inline CSS, inline JavaScript, and an otherwise un-autoptimized JavaScript file.
Will this option only removes the emojis? Is it safe to use it? as it says that it will remove inline Javascripts and otherwise.

well, if I’m not mistaking the emoji JS/ CSS is also used to display none standard characters (e.g. Chinese) in browsers that don’t do so natively, but generally it is safe to remove.
