Getting broken image icons despite having no broken images in the page

Hi guys

Sorry to trouble you but I am new to this and am struggling. I have looked through the documentation and googled and yet to solve my issue.

On my frontpage I have three broken image icons showing up when I open the site in the google chrome browser. The issue is there is no broken image linked to each of these areas so I’m not sure how i’m getting a broken image icon and only in one browser.

Any ideas on what I am missing?
