getting blank page after saving

  • Hello Guys.

    After saving content on the page the same goes blank. I tested both creating new page and editing the content of an existing page with Kingcomposer. I also tested in several browsers.
    After saving update the page content retorma the message:

    “You have a blank page

    Add new element or row / column layout”

    Even after updating the plugin to the latest version.

    Could anyone help me please?

    in new tests I found that the problem seems to occur when using the H2 tag in the text block editor

    Hello:

    I seems to have a similar issue and lost in UI without knowing how to edit my page, incidentally, I’m an experience user of other WordPress page.

    Hello:

    After second try, the page I created via KC will appear at frontend, I can see what I did at the backend, but I see a blank page either clicked “Edit” at the frontpage or just right after clicking “publish” at the backend, I can not see the page in edit mode nor can I edit it.
