Getting Blank page after putting OTP from Google Auth. app

  • We installed the plugin WP 2FA and made all settings but when trying to login from the user. It shows a blank page with wp-login.php?action=validate_2fa at the end.
    Now able to login after installation. please let us know how to solve it.
