    we’ve used supportcandy for 2 years now. i reviewed a dozen products and this one fit most of the requirements.

    their recent upgrade to version 3 had a lot of the features that we needed and had requested previously.

    their development department is receptive to feature requests and bug reports. my only concern is that major changes, particularly with the database, may not be thoroughly tested before being released.

    the support department is very quick to respond (in India time). i try to go to the documentation first, but is extremely limited. i would suggest that they have a help page for each form in the settings that clearly describes the purpose of each field. some of their help is in videos, which doesn’t return anything when using the search function in the documentation.
