getting arrow after install

Is this happening immediately after you install the plugin, or upon attempting to make a payment?

yes. immediately after install. if i disable payment module. i still having the error.

Please post a link to your site, as well as a copy of your php.ini, or a working link to a page with php_info()

i just put the plugin in a different url and got the same error.
