• Hi,
I’m having a problem with the TC Team Members plugin. I get an updating failed message when I update the page. I have two TC Team Members shortcodes on the page.

When I remove both of the shortcodes for TC Team Members, the error goes away. If I only remove one of the shortcodes, it still fails.

When I update another page without TC Team Members (but with a shortcode for another plugin) it works.

I looked in the error log on cPanel for this site and I am not seeing any errors.

    I’m using Version 1.9.
    WordPress 5.1.1 running onepress-child theme.
    Running PHP version: 7.0.33

Is there something I can do to help diagnose this problem?

    Thanks,
    Darren

I downloaded and activated the plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting by The www.remarpro.com community. It reports zero problems with my installation (I had one plugin out of date, but this was not the problem). Using this plugin, I was able to temporarily disable all of my plugins and use the default theme. I was able to update the team page (the one with the shortcodes in it). Then, I activated TC Team Members and the update failed.

Let me know if there is any other information I should provide.

We really like your plugin. But, if we can’t get it to work, we may need to look at another option.
