    I updated my plugins this morning, and I’ve been seeing the following error:

    Molongui Authorship Pro is not working because you are using an old version of Molongui Authorship plugin. Please update it to the latest.

    I click the link in the banner, and I’m now getting this notification:

    The plugin is at the latest version.

    Molongui Authorship is Version 4.4.2, and Molongui Authorship Pro is Version 1.2.0

    I’ve deactivated, and removed the plugin and re-uploaded and still seeing the error. Any help available?

    Please reach us out either starting a chat from the support page (Molongui > Support > Live Support > Open chat) on your Dashboard or opening a support ticket with us here. We will get back to you with instructions on how to get the Pro version of the plugin updated.

    Getting the same error. What is the issue!?

    Please update the Pro plugin to latest (now 1.3.4). If you are running Pro 1.2.0 or earlier, you need to update the plugin manually (just this single time). And once updated, please remember to clear your cache, if any installed.

    Being Pro user, you should have received an email from us about how to update. If you didn’t or if you face any issue updating, please open a support ticket with us using the form either on Molongui > Support (in your WordPress Dashboard) or here. We will be happy to assist and get everything back to normal the soonest.

    Remember that Pro-related issues shouldn’t be reported here, as WP requests. Moreover, we don’t get any notification when a ticket is opened in this forum, so we cannot be as responsive as when you open a ticket from the plugin itself or from our site’s support page.
