Getting an error when clicking Select Orders

    Hello,

    When I click Select Orders we are getting this page:
    This page isn’t working https://www.bigbearspiritwear.com is currently unable to handle this request.HTTP ERROR 500

    We also get an email telling us something has happened to the site.

    Select Users is working fine and I am able to send emails that way.

    Also we are wondering if there is anyway to have the email not say it is from WordPress when it is sent but say its from BigBearSpiritwear. Can that be done?

    Please help.

    Hi
    Are you using this plug-in Ver1.07?
    If you refund an order in a version earlier than this plugin Ver1.07, it will occur when you select [Order] (I don’t know if the problem is the same).

    Yes I am using Version 1.07 (this is the only version we have ever had of this plugin)

    I cant see any orders when I click Select Orders. I just get an error page. If it was just one order that did not work due to refunds I would be fine with that.

    The Select Users is working fine though and I have been able to send out test emails using it.
