Getting an error on pdf creation

    Hello Jinesh,
    This is probably a clash with another plugin on your site that creates PDF files (invoices or something else). Do you have any such plugins installed?

    Yes I have this other plugin which emails invoices. After deactivating your plugin works.

    Is there anyway I can use your plugin with it?

    Hi Jinesh,
    Not currently, this part of the plugin cannot be changed because it’s a third party library. If I change all that, maintaining the plugin becomes much more difficult and the risk of errors is quite big.

    I guess you’ll have to stick to using one of the plugins…

    I’m sorry I don’t have a better solution!

    I have the same problem but pdf is showing with all details except product quantities and prices…
    Any idea please?

    Hi Jeff,
    Can you post your error? If it was the same as the one posted here, you wouldn’ get a PDF at all, so I’m assuming it’s different…
