I just got this updating to the latest version of Facebook for Woocommerce

Could you please send us a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find this report by navigation to WooCommerce > Status on your website. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

Once you’ve done that, can you then paste the contents of the report into your next response for us and we can look at your versions of PHP etc from that?

Hi @anvilhouse

To ensure the plugin is as expected, try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the problem.

If this fixes the issue, then re-enable each plugin one at a time, then the theme, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict. I’ll tag this thread as resolved since we haven’t heard back but please open a new thread should you have any issues arise.
