Getting an Admin Error for IG when trying to sync

    Hello All, I am newer to this world and when I am trying to connect to facebook through my WordPress dashboard I am getting an error message once I get to the Instagram page: You must be an admin to the Facebook Page connected to this Instagram Account.

    I am an admin in meta and I am not sure how to remedy this error. Any suggestions are welcomed.

    I have checked everything I know how to check within the meta and am not finding what may be incorrect. Please help ?? Thanks in advance!

    (I am also not sure about the like page option, so if further info is needed please advise. SUPER GREEN HERE! )

    When setting up the extension, we recommend leaving the “Instagram Shopping” option unchecked as the extension isn’t fully compatible with Instagram.

    The extension was developed primarily for syncing products to the Facebook catalog/shop. After the setup, you can then add your Instagram account to the connected business manager account, to allow you to share the Facebook catalog with Instagram. (Allowing you to tag your products on Instagram updates)

    Please give that a try.

    If you need further assistance, please share a screenshot of the error along with your site’s systems status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.
