Getting a "This photo is no longer available" error on slideshow

I installed the plugin and got my API and details in fine. On the page it loads the thumbnails great, but when you click on a thumnail, all but one image says “This photo is no longer available”.
Any ideas why?
And why one of the photos works while the others don’t?
Its strange that the thumbs come up but the larger image doesn’t…Here’s what i’m seeing:
