Getting a Strange Error Message when I try to add a new user

  • I am getting this message when I am trying to add a new user:

    This has never happened to me before. I don’t know how to fix it. My site is at https://healthymomsmagazine.net I use the WPZoom framework and GoDaddy for my host. GoDaddy’s chat was closed at the moment so I have to post here to try to find answers. Can anyone help?

    that’s a plugin required by GoDaddy, so you’ll need to contact their support to this issue resolved. You can delete it, but they’ll put it back automatically.

    Unfortunately, this is a problem with a plugin that GoDaddy has installed in your WordPress installation. I’m not sure what it does, so I cannot advise you to remove it.

    You’ll need to contact GoDaddy for further assistance.
